Portland, Ore. – February 5, 2008
CTL today announced it has been awarded a contract to provide engineering workstations to the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA). An agency of U.S. Department of Energy, BPA markets wholesale electricity in the Pacific Northwest. Its customers include public and private utilities and some large industries. The contract for CTL’s workstations will run for at least two years and is valued at a minimum of $200,000.
“We’re very pleased with this order from BPA. They are a long-standing customer who values our custom engineering and the high reliability of our products,” said Erik Stromquist, CTL’s executive vice president.
Stromquist said CTL will deliver the workstations to BPA through the first quarter of 2008. They will be installed in the agency’s control centers in Vancouver, Wash. and Mead, Wash.
