CTL Introduces Their First Touch Screen Monitor The LT2391

Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) January 11, 2012

Today at CES Portland Oregon’s CTL Corporation announced plans to add a touch screen LED monitor to their display line. The 24” class LT2391 multi-touch LED monitor is perfectly designed for retail, hospitality, healthcare and digital signage applications requiring gesture support specifically designed into Microsoft’s latest Windows® 7 operating system. And the LT2391 works seamlessly with consumer multimedia applications – such as reading documents, turning pages of e-books, flicking through and re-sizing digital photos or playing games.

Optimized to take advantage of the new features of Microsoft Windows® 7, the LT2391 features a 23.6” optical multi-touch screen and USB touch screen interface. Using just two fingers, users can quickly scroll through files, expand or minimize folders or enter information in predefined screens. No drivers are needed for basic touchscreen operation. Additionally, the LT2391 is VESA mountable increasing its functionality.

This state of the art monitor features the same image quality as an HDTV, with a 16:9 display ratio, 1200:1 contrast ratio and 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution as well as HDMI, DVI-D and analog inputs. The LT2391 is also an environmentally friendly option with and LED screen that uses just 40% of the energy a standard monitor would.
