    MLTI Ordering Instructions

    1. Choose White Glove and Enrollment Options 
    2. Choose Purchase Order Options (let us know if you will provide a PO today, next fiscal year, or if you will be paying with a credit card)
      1. If you will provide a PO today, upon receiving your order, CTL will ensure that your account is setup for net terms, and will immediately send a proforma invoice for your school to submit to MLTI for reimbursement according to MLTI reimbursement submission schedule.
      2. If you will provide a PO next fiscal year, will ensure that your account is setup for net terms, and on 7/1/2022 will send a proforma invoice for your school to submit to MLTI for reimbursement according to MLTI reimbursement submission schedule.
    3. If paying with a PO today, provide the PO number in the text box
    4. Agree to the CTL MLTI Terms of Sale (which is a commitment to purchase the items ordered online)
    5. Select the quantity of devices to purchase, and add to cart
    6. Proceed to checkout
    7. In checkout, on the "Shipping Screen" select "Free Shipping" method
    8. In checkout, on the "Payment Screen" if paying with a PO today OR in the next fiscal year, select "Purchase Order" as the payment method.
    9. If checkout calculates tax, please email us at customersuccess@ctl.net or call us at  800.642.3087 to set your account up as tax exempt
    10. After CTL receives your order, we will contact you to get or confirm your school's Google License domain information.

    CTL’s electronics disposition and disposal services include removal/recycling of qualified CTL electronics equipment, including rechargeable batteries and packing. CTL allows customers to optionally keep the hard drives associated with the system that is de-installed. Equipment and packing are cleansed and recycled/disposed of according to EPA standards.     Rechargeable Battery Recycling

    CTL offers stand-alone rechargeable no-cost rechargeable battery recycling services for customers in the US and Canada for all CTL products. CTL offers this service through a partnership with Call2Recycle. Call2Recycle has drop off locations within 10 miles of more than 87% of the US population.
