Where is CTL located?

CTL is headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon, USA. All of our US customer support is 100% based in the USA. Everything is handled in-house, from orders to repairs and any customer service needs. CTL also has a Europe-based office in Spain.

Where is my order?

  1. Track Your Order

The easiest way to track your order through CTL is to visit this link https://ctl.net/apps/tracktor/track page. All you need is your order number and email address used to purchase your order. Easy as that!

  1. CTL Account

If you have a CTL account, simply log in and select “My Orders” and each order processed through ctl.net will be automatically shown.

Also, with every order an order confirmation will be sent to the email address used to make the purchase. Simply search your inbox by filtering “CTL” in the keyword section - we also recommend checking junk/spam folders, you never know!

Can I cancel or change my order?

As we handle everything in-house at our CTL Warehouse in Beaverton, OR, our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible. While we may not be able to cancel or change your order upon request, please feel free to https://ctl.net/pages/contact-us and we will do our best to help you.

What shipping options are available? 

CTL offers free shipping over $99! Each shipment usually arrives within 3-5 business days after an order ships. 

Shipping rates vary by location and estimates may vary. Feel free to use the ‘Shipping Calculator’ available at checkout to determine shipping costs. 

Does CTL ship internationally?

Unfortunately, the CTL.net site does not currently offer international shipping outside of the United States and Canada. However, for international orders please visit our international store pages:

How do I contact CTL Support?

If you are experiencing a problem with your order we are more than happy to assist, just visit https://support.ctl.net/ and file a ticket to get started. The CTL team will reach out to you for next steps in resolving any order issues.

Can I return my CTL order?

Items purchased on ctl.net can be returned so long as the item(s) are in the original packaging and in new condition. 

 

If an item is returned with damage or not in original packaging, a refund, exchange, or credit might be denied. Restocking fees can be applied to the following:

 

  • Item(s) returned within 10 days of purchase will not incur a restocking fee (shipping & handling charges are nonrefundable)
  • Any item(s) returned within 11-30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • Any item(s) returned within 31-60 days will be subject to a 30% restocking fee

What items are under warranty?
