As a Certified B Corporation™, CTL's is working to co-create an equitable and regenerative future with our employees, customers, partners, and communities. In this spirit, CTL has adopted two new policies to serve and strengthen its communities and civic engagement.

Time off to volunteer. CTL employees will now be reimbursed for up to eight hours of paid time off (PTO) annually for supporting various any 501C-3 organizations that aligns with their values.  We appreciate the efforts of our employees to help those less fortunate, clean up the environment, tutor students, spend time with the elderly, assist those with special needs, and other important ways of serving and strengthening our communities. 

Time off to vote. At CTL, we also believe in the importance of civic engagement and encourage our employees to participate in the voting process. To support this, we will now reimburse up to two PTO hours for CTL employees to vote in local, state, and national elections. If a state has existing policies regarding time off to vote, we will default to state law. We are also pleased to share that we've joined the Time to Vote movement.
